We are currently hiring for a Researcher to join our Programs & Student Success department. Reporting to the Manager, Research & Impact Unit, the Researcher is responsible for designing and conducting research projects that improve our understanding of the impact of Indspire’s programs. Your duties will include: building multi-year research projects in collaboration with internal and external experts, defining and examining causal links between our initiatives and Indigenous learners’ achievement, exploring the lived experiences of Indigenous post-secondary students, and working with early-career Indigenous researchers and analysts. This role is for someone who can work confidently with large datasets, build and create multi-year research projects and work as a part of a dynamic environment. You must enjoy problem solving and working from the ground up to collaboratively build solutions with a diverse team.
