Data Analyst – Data Integration & Dashboard Preparation
We are currently hiring a Data Analyst to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Vice President, Research & Impact, the Data Analyst will consolidate Indspire’s various data assets into a unified dataset that supports the development of interactive dashboards (Impact, Research, Data Intelligence). The analyst will ensure data integrity, develop relational structures, and support early-stage visualization prototypes.

We are currently hiring an Evaluation & Impact Officer to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Vice President, Research & Impact, the Evaluation & Impact officer will design and implement evaluation activities across Indspire programs and events. The role will ensure data-driven reflection and learning by developing practical evaluation tools and synthesizing insights aligned with Indigenous evaluation frameworks.

Do you have experience working in the not for profit or charitable sector and have an interest in public policy or government relations? Are you interested in gaining valuable experience learning one-on-one with an experienced Indigenous VP? Research Assistants – Infographic Production Support
We are currently hiring two (2) Research Assistants to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Research Mobilization Specialist, the Research Assistants will help synthesize existing Indspire research outputs into concise, visually ready summaries for infographic production. They will support knowledge mobilization by reviewing reports, identifying key messages, and aligning summaries with Indspire’s visual template standards.

Researcher
We are currently hiring a Researcher to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Lead Researcher, the Researcher is responsible for designing and conducting research projects that improve our understanding of the impact of Indspire’s programs. Your duties will include building multi-year research projects in collaboration with internal and external experts, defining and examining causal links between our initiatives and Indigenous learners’ achievement, exploring the lived experiences of Indigenous post-secondary students, and working with early-career Indigenous researchers and analysts.

Researcher – Education & Labour Market
We are currently hiring a Researcher to join our Research & Impact Unit department for a short-term contract. Reporting to the Lead Researcher, the Researcher will advance Indspire’s Education and Labour Market (ELM) research portfolio, supporting quantitative data analysis, survey design, and integration of multiple large datasets (e.g., NES, ILP, BBF, and external sources such as Statistics Canada).

Researcher – Impact Framework & Knowledge Mobilization
We are currently hiring a Researcher to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Lead Researcher, The Researcher will support the expansion and implementation of Indspire’s Impact Framework, focusing on qualitative research to capture and communicate Indspire’s impact. This includes leading interviews with alumni and beneficiaries, synthesizing findings, and helping translate stories into visual and narrative formats for publication and stakeholder engagement.
