Registration Opens for Indspire’s 2023 National Gathering for Indigenous Education

July 13, 2023 – Ohsweken, ON

Indspire is pleased to announce that registration is now open for one of the biggest events of National Indigenous Education Month in November: the National Gathering for Indigenous Education. The 2023 National Gathering will take place from November 15-17, 2023, in Montreal, Quebec. It’s open to all K-12 educators who want to share best practices and innovation in Indigenous education.

Due to popular demand, the conference will be utilizing a hybrid approach again this year, with content delivered simultaneously in person and online. All workshops, musical performances, panels and resources will be available to virtual attendees as well as to those who will be attending in person. Special Early Bird registration pricing will be in effect until August 1, 2023.

During the National Gathering, Indspire will also announce the recipients of the 2023 Guiding the Journey: Indigenous Educator Awards.These Awards recognize and celebrate outstanding educators for their achievements and innovations in Indigenous education.
