Director, Research & Impact Unit (RIU)
Indspire is seeking a Director, Research and Impact Unit (RIU), to provide strategic leadership to advance Indigenous education and foster systemic change. Reporting to the COO, the Director oversees the vision, growth, and operation of the RIU. This role ensures the generation of impactful, culturally responsive research that uplifts Indigenous voices, supports reconciliation, and improves educational outcomes. The Director will champion the expansion of the RIU’s influence across local, national, and international stages while building lasting partnerships with post-secondary institutions, communities, and stakeholders.

Senior Development Officer, Leadership Giving
Indspire is seeking a Senior Development Officer, Leadership Giving to play a leadership role in the expansion of support from individuals and family foundations across Canada within the mid-level portfolio ($1,000-$24,999). They will utilize experience in proposal writing, donor communication, prospecting, face-to-face solicitation, event planning and excellent donor stewardship to secure revenue to support Indspire’s programs. They will collaborate with other Senior Development Officers to provide direction, planning and support for integrated leadership, legacy and major gift fundraising activities.

Senior Development Officer, Legacy Giving
Indspire is seeking a Senior Development Officer, Legacy Giving to play a key role in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of planned giving donors. This role plays a critical part in managing and executing legacy giving initiatives, contributing significantly to annual and future revenue targets of the Major Gifts team.

Indspire is seeking a Senior Development Officer to play a leadership role in the creation and expansion of support from organizations across Canada. To utilize extensive experience in proposal development and writing to support increased revenue from major gifts. To secure private sector revenue sources to support Indspire’s Building Brighter Futures and other programs and events. To support stewardship activities as appropriate to retain donors and sponsors. To provide direction, planning and support to fundraising related to Indspire’s programs and events.
