Booth

10 x 10 exhibit booth spaces include:

• 8’ high backwall drape
• 3’ high sidewall drape
• 2x 6′ skirted table
• 2x padded chairs
• 1x wastebasket
• 1x 7″ x 48″ booth ID sign

Additional booth elements can be ordered from Central Display.

Carpeting

Tradeshow aisles are carpeted with a black runner. If you would like your 10 x 10 space carpeted, it can be ordered from Central Display.

Coat Check

Complimentary coat check is offered in the tradeshow area.

Electrical / Power

Basic shared electrical will be provided. Additional electrical, if required, can be ordered from RBC Centre.

Your exhibitor badge will be provided in the exhibitor packages placed at your booth.

Furnishings

Standard booth furnishings include:

• 2x 6′ skirted table
• 2x padded chairs
• 1x wastebasket

Additional furnishings can be ordered through Central Displays.

Preferred rates are offered at the Radisson Hotel for $209 CAD per night.

TELUS Wi-Fi is available throughout the building 10Mbps at no charge. Additional wifi, if required, can be ordered from RBC Centre.

Load In

Important info for Load In:

• The aisle carpet will be in place Tuesday evening. Dollies and carts WILL NOT be permitted on the carpet.
• Loading dock available for Wednesday load in only.
• Central Display desk service hours: Wednesday, November 20th from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• All booths must be set up by 7:30 AM on Thursday, November 21st.
• Hand-carried items only may be brought in on Thursday.

Load Out

Important info for Load Out:

• Load-out will begin once the show has closed, the aisles are cleared and the aisle carpets removed.
• If you are able to hand carry your supplies, we encourage you to do so.
• Dismantling or removing your exhibit/exhibit materials before the end of the show is strictly prohibited.
• All materials must be removed by 5:30 PM

Loading Dock

The entrance and exit to the loading dock is from the back alley at the south end of the building off of Carlton Street (East) or Edmonton (West). Loading docks can be used for loading and unloading of materials during the November 20 load in times and November 22 load out times. There is no parking allowed on the loading dock.

Lost and Found

During the event lost and found items will be handled by registration.

Meals

Exhibitors will be provided continental breakfast, coffee and refreshments. A boxed lunch will be served daily.

Parking

The entrance and exit to the South Parkade is from the back alley at the south end of the building off of Carlton Street (East) or Edmonton (West). The loading dock is in the same area.

Passenger elevators are located on the north wall (York Avenue) and stairwells are located on the east wall (Carlton Street).

The entrance to the North Parkade is from Carlton Street (East), with the exit of the lower parking level onto Edmonton Street (West). The exit for the upper level is via Carlton Street exit (daytime hours to 3pm) or via Edmonton Street.

Parkades are able to accommodate standard passenger vehicles (car, half-ton trucks and vans). Oversized SUVs and other vehicles that exceed parkade height restrictions (6 feet 5 inches) are invited to use surface parking lots or street parking available throughout the downtown area.

Security

Overnight security will be assigned to patrol the tradeshow floor on Wednesday, November 20 and Thursday, November 21.

Shipping

Please complete the Inbound and/or Outbound Material Handling forms available in the National Gathering 2024 Exhibitor Package. All items will be stored in the Central Display Warehouse (for up to 21 days) and will arrive at the venue before load-in.
