Your donation makes education more accessible for Indigenous people.
Since 2004, with the help of our partner organizations and donors, Indspire has awarded over $151 million in financial support to more than 48,700 First Nations, Inuit and Métis students, making it the largest funder of Indigenous education outside the federal government.
Our Programs Are Working
Approximately 90% of students who received funding through the Building Brighter Futures program have graduated – an impressive success story.
Generous donors help Indigenous students across Canada to achieve their dreams of academic success through a range of programs that support and motivate them to reach their full potential. Students are motivated to stay in school and obtain the necessary education that will lead them to find rewarding careers, which will enable them to make a successful contribution to their families, their communities, and to the economic prosperity of Canada.

The Need is Greater Than We Can Support
Each year, Indspire can only meet about 25% of the financial need demonstrated by qualified applicants for their education. With donor support, we can work to close this gap and ensure that within a generation, every Indigenous student will graduate.
