Keynote Speaker Luncheon ONLY
Friday, November 9, 2018, begins at 12:40PM (TBC) Jacqueline Guest is an international award-winning author with twenty published novels. She has been presenting First Nations and Métis cultures for over 20 years to Canadian audiences as a sought-after speaker, presenter, workshop leader, and educator. She has been the Creator-in-Residence for the Canadian Society of Children’s Authors, Illustrators, and Performers, Writer in Residence for the Marigold Library System and the International Spanish Academy in Calgary. For many years, Jacqueline has fostered future writing careers by mentoring new writers and championing literacy. Her body of work spans a wide variety of genres including middle grade, young adult, high interest/low vocabulary, short stories, levelled reading, and magazine articles.
