Senior Development Officer, Partnerships
Indspire is seeking a Senior Development Officer to play a leadership role in the creation and expansion of support from organizations across Canada. They will utilize extensive experience in proposal development and writing to support increased revenue from major gifts. They will secure private sector revenue sources to support Indspire’s Building Brighter Futures and other programs and events. They will support stewardship activities as appropriate to retain donors and sponsors. They will also provide direction, planning and support to fundraising related to Indspire’s programs and events.

Researcher
We are currently hiring a Researcher to join our Programs & Student Success department. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Research & Impact Unit, the Researcher is responsible for designing and conducting research projects that improve our understanding of the impact of Indspire’s programs. Your duties will include: building multi-year research projects in collaboration with internal and external experts, defining and examining causal links between our initiatives and Indigenous learners’ achievement, exploring the lived experiences of Indigenous post-secondary students, and working with early-career Indigenous researchers and analysts. This role is for someone who can work confidently with large datasets, build and create multi-year research projects and work as a part of a dynamic environment. You must enjoy problem solving and working from the ground up to collaboratively build solutions with a diverse team.

Indigenous & Government Relations Assistant
Do you have experience working in the not for profit or charitable sector and have an interest in public policy or government relations?
