saraharngna'naaq_resSarah Arngna’naaq completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria in 2012, is currently articling with the Department of Justice for the Government of the Northwest Territories, and was called to the Bar In September of 2013. During her studies, she completed two internships abroad, one in Ghana, West Africa and the second in Wellington, New Zealand. When she was a law student, she also worked at the Law Centre run through the University. She has always had a passion for law, and more specifically, for laws of the Inuit people. To date, much of her work has been in the development of new laws and regulations for Nunavut as a separate territory.
